All sales are final. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds.
By placing an order, picking up material, or accepting delivery, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Overestimated quantities are the customer’s responsibility. Pool Tile Warehouse is not responsible for excess material ordered by the customer, contractor, designer, or installer.
Material must be inspected at pickup or delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported before the material leaves the warehouse or immediately upon delivery. Claims made after acceptance will not be honored.
Color, shade, size, texture, and finish variations are inherent characteristics of tile and natural materials. These variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product selection, quantity, and suitability before installation. Installation of the material constitutes full acceptance of the product. No claims will be accepted after installation.
Pool Tile Warehouse is not responsible for installation costs, labor charges, project delays, or any consequential damages.
By purchasing from Pool Tile Warehouse, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and confirms full understanding of this no-return and no exchange policy.
